RSS (Rich Site Summary a.k.a. Really Simple Syndication) is a web feed that is made to update frequently published works such as blog posts and news. These RSS feeds usually compose of really simple information about the updates – such as the title and the first few words. There are also users who connect their torrents and RSS feeds together; as soon as the RSS feed updates the torrenting client will start downloading that link. The RSS feeds are read by programs that are called RSS readers, they provide the user with a list of updates from the RSS feeds that they import into the program.
